About us

The Association “Gli Apostoli della Tagliatella”, has been founded on 5th March 2003 with the aim to:

  • Promote and advertise the traditional bolognaise cuisine
  • Organize fundraising events
  • Organize regular meetings in public or private venues such as restaurants, or the typical trattorias and osterias, which propose and represent the bolognaise food and wine culture.
  • Share with the association members – apostles and disciples – the history and tradition of the local cuisine, through ancient recipes where the rolling pin and the pasta dough are the main theme
  • Find how food and wine can be combined at their best
  • Promote and support all the initiatives which aim to enhance and enjoy the full taste of the “queen” of homemade pastas, the “Tagliatella”
